For our sofa and bedframe product structure, our warranty covers:

1.     We warrant that the wood frame of our sofa, bedframe and arm chair is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 years from the invoice date. This warranty covers the the replacement or repair of any wood frame that is found to be defective due to materials, workmanship or any wood maggot infestation for product used under proper household conditions.

2.     We warrant that our sofa and bedframe’s leg is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 years from the invoice date. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any broken legs caused by defects in the sofa’s materials or workmanship.

3.     We warrant that our sofa and bedframe’s seam is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 years from the invoice date. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any ripped seam caused by defects in the sofa’s materials or workmanship.

4.     We warrant that our sofa and bedframe’s foam will retain its original shape and firmness for a period of 6 years from the invoice date. This warranty covers the replacement of any seater’s foam that has sink in or collapsed for at least 2 inches due to a manufacturing defect.

5.     We warrant that any mechanism in our sofa and bedframe’s will operate free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the invoice date. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any mechanism that is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship.

6.     We warrant that our sofa and bedframe’s will operate free from abnormal noise for a period of 6 years from the invoice date. The replacement of any part of the product that is found to be defective and causing abnormal noise during normal use.

For our sofa and bedframe, our warranty does not covers:

1.     The cost of shipping or transportation (subject to current market price) of the product to or from our facility. Any shipping or transportation costs incurred in connection with a warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer.

2.     Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidental damage.

3.     Normal wear and tear, damage resulting to direct sunlight, extreme temperature or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.

4.     Damage caused by the user’s negligence or by unsuitable cleaning or treatment of the upholstery.

5.     Damage caused by corrosive materials, such as acids, solvents, dyes, inks, paints, or human or animal body fluids

6.     Proof of purchase is not presented.

7.     Damage due to repairs made by technicians not authorised by Casa Moderno.

For Genuine Leather upholstery, our warranty does not covers:

1.     Any cracking or peeling of the leather in seating, back rest, head rest, foot rest and arm rest areas of sofa. Please note that certain untouch areas of the sofa, such as the back or underside, may experience cracking or peeling due to natural causes, such as aging or environmental factors. These types of issues are not considered defects and are not covered by this warranty.

2.     Any discoloration damage issue on the fabric and leather upholstery that are caused by using any harsh chemical or cleaning agent. Please note that variations in color can occur over time due to normal wear and exposure to light, heat, and other environmental factors. These types of variations are not considered defects and are not covered by this warranty.

3.     Any uncleanable stains resulting from the use of harsh chemicals, dyes, or other substances that may cause permanent damage to the fabric and leather. Please note that we cannot guarantee that all stains can be removed, and we reserve the right to determine whether a stain falls under our warranty guidelines. 

4.   Any wear and tear damages caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidental damage or pets, including scratches, tears, or other types of damage resulting from pet claws, bites, or chewing. Please note that any damage caused by pets is considered to be outside of normal use, and is not covered under our warranty.

The Company reserves the right to determine or amend the Warranty terms without prior notice.
